BOYS & GIRLS TEAMS 6U Little Buzz/U8/U10/U12/U14
This 8 week summer LAX program participates in the Tampa Lacrosse Alliance league which consists of programs throughout Tampa Bay. The format is small-sided games (6 on 6) which allows for more touches with an ability to get creative with your game.
Why small-sided games?
- Less players sharing one-ball increases individual technical development (more touches per player)
- Smaller space means more action near the goals which leads to accelerated tactical development (more relevant game action per player)
- Less players on the field means more playmaking opportunities for each player and improved game savvy
- Small space and simplified rules increases the pace of play which helps keep the kids mentally engaged during practice
- Small space and simplified rules also allow all players, not just the best athletes, to have a positive impact on the game
- Small-sided games are flexible enough to adapt to any practice situation
- All of this leads to better development for the kids and more FUN!

Practice location: Joe DiMaggio Sports Complex - 2450 Drew ST Clearwater
Team Practices: Tuesday's Sept. 8th through Oct. 20th 2027 Times: 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM - Little Buzz will run 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM Sept. 22nd through Oct 20th 2027
Games: Games start Saturdays (Mornings) Sept. 29th, Oct. 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th -

- Saturday, 9/26 - Season Game 1 - Sarasota
- Saturday, 10/3 - Season Game 2 - South Tampa
- Saturday, 10/10 - Season Game 3 - Clearwater
- Saturday, 10/17 - Season Game 4 - Trinity
- Saturday, 10/24 - Fall BOB Tournament - South Tampa
